Registration conditions

Signing up for the Ljubljana Summer School legally binds you to the terms and conditions of this contract.

Confirmation and Registration

After the online application is completed, you will be notified by e-mail whether your application has been acceppted or rejected and the Ljubljana Summer School will issue an invoice to your name. Only upon full payment, the application will be accepted. If the fee is not paid, registration will be automatically rejected.

Cancellations

If an accepted student wishes to withdraw from the program before it starts, withdrawal must be submitted by email to the Ljubljana Summer School. Withdrawal will be effective on the date of received written confirmation of withdrawal. A cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

Visa

If necessary, it is the student’s responsibility to use their official letter of acceptance to obtain a valid visa. All participants requiring a visa invitation letter should register by 30 May to ensure that the letter arrives in time. For further information about travel requirements for Slovenia, please consult the nearest Slovenian embassy.
